HP Photosmart Premium c309g-m All-in-One Series

My new HP printer is not connecting to the wi-fi, i did a wireless test report and it says 

 

The wirless radio is not functening contact HP support***

 

Is this something i can fix or do i need to call HP

I ended up going to the online live chat and they helped me fix the problem. All i had to do was unplug the printer for 30 seconds and it was fixed. Thanks anyway.

It's better if you call HP Tech Support. This is a hardware issue, and dealing with HP directly would be better.

I cannot connect my printer to my Dell Laptop ; Microsoft XP software
