Re: HP Replacement Ink Address

I purchased HP replacement black ink #20 -- does not work in my HP Deskjet 612C printer.  I haver learned that #20

black ink has been discountinued.    I now have another printer , HP812C,  which uses black ink #15.  Would like to replace #20 ink with #15ink.  Please advise.

Re: HP Replacement Ink Address

Hello,

@ FPadden, you may try to see if you can get an exchange or refund from the retailer where you purchased those supplies. Other than that, I'm not sure there's a way to get your money back. The only other thing I can think of is to donate them to a school or other organization you support who could use them.

@ pearl99, HP 20 ink supplies are compatible only with the 600-series printers, including the 612c, while the HP15 is compatible only with the 800-series, and others you don't mention. There is no cross compatibility between these two supplies. As I mentioned to FPadden, above, maybe you can donate good supplies that you can't use to a school or other organization that needs them.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

Hi.  I have 3 ink cartridges and have purchased new printer from HP, so need to exchange cartridges.  I purchased these within the last year in Feb. and Aug. of 2011.  I need 3 new cartridges   920 XL black & White, and the 920 XL for the color also (2 cartridges).  If more than one is needed then send me as many to equal out the credit.  Thank you.  {Personal Information Removed}  Thank you.  Kay {Personal Information Removed}

Re: HP Replacement Ink Address

Hi All,

While it may be easiest to return or exchange unused ink supplies where you purchased them, if you are in North America, you can return unused ink supplies by calling HP Support. Supplies must be in their original, unopened package and must be in warranty, as indicated by the ‘warranty-ends’ date on the outside of the package. If the date on the package has not passed, you're in luck!

I hope this helps!

Regards,

Eric
