my hp laserjet m1522nf powers on then freezes, after trying to cold rest it freezes with the message "permanent storage init." on display, what might be the problem? it started when there was a power outage.

Hi,

 

Error "Firmware Corrupt Ready 2 Download" showed up..

 

Try to get firmware update software - DONE

 

Do the update on the printer.. after Downloading.. >>>>>>>>>>>>>> suddenly this error "Fatal Error 7 Call HP Support" coming up..

 

I call HP Support refer number report [8060070819] they told me to reset the printer using button on/off with {removed: content may cause damage to printers} to bring "Permanent Storage" up.. BUT sadly, nothing happen then..

 

Please help..
