I have an HP 3210 All in One printer - there is a print job in the queue that will not delete (status says deleting) and nothing I send after it will print, but I can delete those print jobs. I have done the troubleshoot - disconnecting usb from printer, rebooting it. Rebooting computer and still won't work.

From the Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and select Sevices. Browse down to the print spooler service, right click it and select Properties then click on the Stop button. Now browse to C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS and delete the job inside this folder - You may need to click a prompt to gain the appropriate authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
Restart the computer and you should find the document has been removed.

Thanks for fix - been extremely disappointed as all singing all dancing all in one wireless printer is brand new and wont sing or dance due to stuck print job. Why do these probs always happen when there's a major deadline imminent. Aaargh.

It would be helpful if you stated the names/file extension info what what you call "jobs" in that folder.
There are some files in that folder, but how do we know if they are system files or "jobs"?

I see that you're having problems deleting print jobs. I have a couple of questions for you.
What printer do you have?
What operating system is your computer?

Hi! I´ve tried deleating the document from Windows/System32 etc... but the document is "locked" (a little lock is sitting right next to it). A window pops up saying I can´t deleat it since it is cued for printing. I´ve tried pausing it and canceling it from the printing tray as well... I have no idea what to do... (its a hp psc 1315 all-in-one)
Thanks in advance.

I have a print job that cannot be deleted and other print jobs are backed up. I keep deleting the print jobs waiting but can't delete the blocked one.
