I will NEVER buy another HP product, and I will be sure to tell anybody who mentions their intentions of buying on that they should not do it!
I paid over 3000 SEK for my all-in-one printer from HP just 9 days over a year ago. I have gone through HELL this year with Dell to finally get a working computer, and I haven't had a reason to print anything with the new laptop since I got it working a few weeks ago, but now I want to print.
However, even though the laptop can find the printer, and the printer SAYS it's on the network, nothing is printing and it gives no indication of why. So, I call HP for help. I go through a phone tree that ends up with a list of printers, "Press 1 for these printers, press 2 for these... press 6 if you have another printer." Of course my printer isn't listed, so I press 6. "You have selected an invalid option, press 1 for ..." GRRRR!!!
So, I press 1 and of course the person there needs to transfer me. I finally get to a person who supposedly can help me, but before she will, she needs my printer's serial number. She looks it up and then tells me my warranty expired 9 days ago so she can't help me unless I pay her 230 SEK!!! **bleep** is that???
