Just bought an Envy 5530. It printed the test page just fine. But sending print jobs to it, it just says "now printing" for a long time. the print queue is empty, then it eventually stops displaying that. Will not print. Have tried to print Adobe files, and Word files (Mac). A new printer that does not print has no value.

I know this post was a few weeks ago but I see no one replied. Were you able to resolve this issue or do you still need help?
FYI, seeing as you have the Envy 5530 you might be interested in the Instant Ink program...

I have the exact same issue, I've gone through all the steps listed on customer support, read endless forums, and all nothing. This one specially upsets me because there has been no reply in months, and I'm not in the best of circumstances to be going back to the retailer and returning the item because of 'some issue' HP can't solve.
