First time installation of HP Deskjet 3050 model J610a fails when powered on. The power-on button, exclamation mark and both cartridge indikators are blinking fast, and the display shows "ERROR CODE 0XC4EB841A".
What does this error code mean? Is there a hardware/manufactoring error?

I had this same issue today. Contacted HP support and we tried a semi-full reset by unplugging the power then reconnecting and holding Cancel and the bottom left button down until the printer reset. The problem I had was that it did not reset. So my printer is getting replaced.

I see that you're having problems with your printer. I have a couple of questions for you.
What printer do you have?
What is the error message displaying on your printer?

The printer is: hp deskjet 3050 all-in-one j610.
The error code is as above: 0XC4EB841a
Any help you can give me, I'm ready to re-cycle this printer and buy a new one. I don't want this problem again so I probably won't buy another hp.

Thanks for the reply. I would take a look at the document below. An alphanumeric error message means that your printer has a hardware issue. If the steps in the document below are unable to clear the error then I would consider replacement options.
