Region code reset did not work

Hi, I moved from France to the US, and because of the region lock for cartridges, I could not use the cartriges that I bought in the US. 

 

I tried a region reset with the customer support (print the special test page, enter numbers etc...) Unfortunately, it did not work. The final code entered was probably wrong, and I still cannot print. When 

 

I received calls from the customer support who wanted to close the ticket but I have long office hours and was not available to answer. 

 

Is it possible for you to release the tool used by your support teams to generate the corresponding region reset key?

 

 - It would be much easier for everyone to overcome this limitation, which was not specified in the documentation and the description of the product. 

 - It would save hundreds of hours of online client support. 

 - This limitation is not cool

You will need to Contact HP again to request a "Regionalization Reset". There should not be any charge for this, it is covered as part of the cartridge warranty. You will need to have access to your computer and printer while on the line with HP. You will also need to have a set of cartridges for the new region, once the reset is complete cartridges from the original region will no longer work.  HP's web page on the subject is here

 

Only a limited number of agents have access to the tool for generating the codes, it is tightly controlled.

Bellow this message, you can find the numbers of the test page that I just reprinted. Could you send me the code to perform a region reset? 

 

Precision, The location / language menu now says "Germany/French". Apparently, the previous attempt changed the location from France to Germany

Sorry, I (and folks in this forum) do not have access to the reset program, you will need to Contact HP as I mentioned in my previous post.
