Ive just bought a HP 6510 and when selecting the apps button it says error 403, ive sen this problem listed lots of times when searching google, but there doesnt appear to be anyone who has posted that the solutions given work.
Ive tried changing the IP address via the web portal,(8888/8844) but that doesnt work, ive even tried another wifi network, but that has the same results as well.
does this feature work, or will it be a ccase of returning the printer for a refund?

Thankss for the help, but theres no useful information on there the error 403 is displayed on the printer screen, and not on my main p.c.
also when selectiong the apps icon on the printer screen again, the printer freezes and completley locks up, in that there is no response form the buttons or touch scree, even the power on/off key doesnt respond and i have to physicaly remove the power lead from the printer.

urgh, finaly fixed the error problem, the solution was to turn off all web services, and then toggle the region/location between the UK and Europe, after going between the two a few times and spending a bit of time tryign to get it work, it finaly registered.
