Hello, 

 

Please try the below mentioned steps that should resolve the issue.

 

  1. While printer is ON, remove all the ink cartridges,
  2. unplug the power cord from back of the printer.
  3. Wait for 60 full seconds,
  4. Plug in the power cord back of the printer.
  5. Install cartridges when promoted.

 

If issue still exits please call HP Tech Support for further assitance.

Ink caartridges not exposed when door opened. When stopped in exposed position by pulling power cord and folowing procedure and replacing problem still there.

I think it could be an issue witht the printhead.

We need to have the printhead being serviced.

 

 

Please call HP Tech Support for further assistance.

If you are in US , the toll free # is 1-800-474-6836 .

If you are not in US , then log on to www.hp.com , at bottom-left corner there is a world map icon, click on it and then select the region you belong to, which would then provide support options for you for that region.

Iam afraid, its time to replace the printer unless you have tried the steps mentioned in below URL.
