Re: network connection problems

Hi jam2411,

If you do not have the green and amber lights lite when you plug the Ethernet cable in then you do not have connection with the router. I would try a new Ethernet cable or take a good known cable which is plugged into another device which has the connectivity lights lite to see if you get the connectivity lights on the printer. Let me know what you find out?

Re: network connection problems

Hi jam2411,

Ok, there is possible an issue with the Ethernet port on the printer. What I need you to do know is take that same Ethernet cable and plug it into the back of a computer to see if you get the communication lights. Let me know what happens?
