Hi, I recently installed a 2300dn, it's connected via network cable directly to router. Everything else accesses it using their wireless connection to router. When it was started and configured, things printed out perfectly. But then after a while of inactivity, the printer won't connect to anybody. Nobody can print, when trying to ping the IP address manually assigned on the printer, I get this
Pinging 192.168.1.253 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.1.69: Destination host unreachable.
Request timed out.
Reply from 192.168.1.69: Destination host unreachable.
Request timed out.
.69 being the ip address of my laptop that I am pinging from. The only solution is to go to the printer, turn it off and on again. Is there a way to get this working?
I also cannot connect to the webpage built into the printer.
I've also tried restarting the router from my browser, still no luck

Please try HP Home Network Diagnostic Utility. Please download it from hp.com
