6310 shows the print preview, then will show multiple blank preview screens.

Hi,  Whenever I print, print preview, my documents show in the print preview screen, I select "start printing" , the printing starts, but then I get multiple blank preview screens that I have to individually "cancel".  The number of blank screens increases with time. I've check the updates on HP's website, but no luck.  how can I prevent these extra blank preview screens?  thanks.

Hi rmayeur;

 

I am reaching out to probe if you still experience this issue. If you are,  I will do my best to assist you.

 

This is the main support page for your printer,  GO HERE Go to software and drivers download and select your operating system. You should also upgrade the firmware of the printer.

 

 

 If you are not experiencing this issue any longer you may disregard this post, although I will appreciate if you can take I little bit of your time and let me know.
