6480 printer error

When printing a Excel 2007 spread sheet, with grid lines to be printer set, it will skip printing a grid line between line 13 and 14 on each page.  When using the HP 6310X it works fine.  Since it works ok on one printer, I figured it had to be the other printers software.  Are there any updates to the J6480 My version is HP Office Jet J6400 Series (61.71.265.33)

 

 

Anybody else have this problem?
