Hi
I have a problem with the mentioned printer. I used the Print Diagnostic Utility to solve a problem, and that worked fine. Then I restarted the PC (Win XP, SP3) and now the Print Diagnostic Utility started again - only this time it didn't list my printer.
I closed it and reopened it, and it showed my printer. No problems and I closed it.
Next time I restarted the PC it started again without showing the printer.
This goes on every time I restart my PC. What is my problem?
