Is there a basic driver and software download for vista 32 for my deskjet F340
HP support told me over the phone that my printer is just outdated and the only way I can print something off my computer is to buy another printer. Well, I lost my job 2 months ago and I dont have the resources to spend 300 dollars on a printer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the full feature software 3 times. Everytime i get a successful install message. I even downloaded the diagnostic utility and it says everything is ok. I'm starting to think it might be an hardware problem but my printer was working fine a month ago. Is there a way to tell if the printer is the problem? One thing I did notice is that after I put new cartridges in, it let me print the alignment page but when i hit the scan button nothing happens and it just stalls. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
Shawn
