C4795 64 bit driver

Running Windows 7 on my iMac 27" computer, get a USB error message when trying to load printer. I have run all software that HP has, tried with and without USB connected. Tried adding a Bluetooth device...still nothing.

Any solutions to fixing this error?

Go to http://www.hp.com/#Support  Enter the product name / number. Be sure to check the additional information, like how to install the driver or troubleshooting guides.

Hey DrGross. Id suggesting giving the HP Print & Scan Doctor a try to see if it is able to resolve your issue. If it cant find a solution post back with any new details or new error messages and we can continue from there.
