Hi,
Is there anyway we can have more control over how the Readiris OCR application recognises documents in the Photosmart C5280 all-in-one? In other words, can we use Readiris' directly instead of the polished-but-not-so-helpful HP interface?
Please, please, please, help.
)
Thanks a million.

Hi,
ReadIris does not get installed as a seperate software. it gets installed as a part of document editing software and is a very basic version as the full version of the software costs $225, and i dont think HP would be able to provide that when the cost of the printer itself is $150. so not much options other than trying it through HP solution center
