Can I access HP Scan utility without using Solution Center?

Printer:  HP Officejet 6500 Wireless (6500n)

 

Though the Solution Center solftware is quiter good, it is annoying to have to launch solution center if I want to just do a simple fax or scan.

 

Is it posible to launch the HP scan and/or HP fax utilitiy *WITHOUT* having to oepn the solution center first.  (i.e.  Can I "directly execute" these utilities?)

 

Thanks for any help you can provide!
