When I try to print with custom paper size settings, my HP C5250 tells me I have the wrong paper size or type? I've measured and remeasured and it continues to give me this message. Any ideas of how to solve this problem? Im using vista microsoft office 07.

I have the same problem with my Photosmart c4400, i need to overwrite witn an addrees a 21.5 x 14 centimeters size flier and i cannot set this size properly. Riding in Google i discovered that thousands had my same problem. Wy don't let the customer (the owner of the print) to disable the paper sensor, how we waste our ink is our problem, somebody needs to make some experiment, somebody likes to print an invitation on a not standard size, why hp make the simple so difficult? Why i must to change my printer for another like Canon where i decide my own size? Plese add an enable/disable paper sensor button and we will very happy to pay for the upgrade.
