Go to www.hp.com Enter the product name / number. Be sure to check the additional information, like how to install the driver or troubleshooting guides.
Try restarting the print spooler, here is how you can do it:
1. Press the start orb in the bottom left on the screen.
2. Click on "Run"
3. Type "services.msc" (without the quotes)
4. Locate the Print Spooler service in the right column
5. Click restart on the service link on the left
Its possible the print spooler has stalled and needs to be restarted. Let me know if this works.
