Hi all,
I'm connected to a HP Color 2840 over our network and i've just set up Vista 64, which apparently means i have to use the universal driver (I have installed both PCL 6 and PS). When I printed an initial test page it came out with a color logo, but otherwise can't print color. If I right click on the printer 'properties', the first default 'General' tab has a 'Features' section which shows 'Color: No'.
Is there any way to make the universal driver recognise the color option?
Thanks
Francis
