Hi

 I've got win7 64bit and troubles with installing hp 710c deskjest. I've already used drivers from microsoft windows update and still my printer stay calm. Now I haven't got any idea what to do..?

For example: I open word document - press "print"- but  memory of printer is empty

Any ideas?

The supplied driver for the Deskjet 710c does not work in 64 bit versions of Vista or Windows 7.  I do not know of a workaround.  See here for some discussion of the issue.

There is a patch that corrects the issue available here.
