Frankly, I am tired of *not* being able to upgrade drivers for printers when I upgrade from one Windows operating system to another. I am tired of simply not being able to print a photo when I switch computers. Given that, I will *never* buy an HP prod product again. ANY HP product. You do not care about your customers. There are simpler and cheaper methods of getting quality prints, so I (a professional photographer, as we as many other photographers and potential HP customers) will resort to other, cheaper and higher quality sources for prints. This reflects on your other products. How you stay in business is well beyond me... How about you make an effort toward customer satisfaction? For more than the very, very short term??? Fanboys, please just ignore and go away.
