HP hasnt released any printer drivers for Windows 7 yet. but you can download the Vista software for your printer and run it in Compatibility mode. Search for a thread here with the same topic, i.e. driver installation on Windows 7. there are losts of helpful posts there.

you can download the vista drivers using the Support & Drivers link above.

The drivers on the site above worked perfectly for me. Be sure to download the driver that corresponds with your operating system.

My printer is HP Deskjet F4180

OS: Windows 7 64bit
