HP L7780 All in One

I have an L7780 running on two machines on XP. One machine is connected via USB and the other on wireless. The printer will not shut off and none of the buttons respond. I have unplugged it and reset the router, but it powers up and still will not respond or shutoff. I can print from my USB machine, bit nothing else.

 

Is there a reset somewhere. I thought unplugging it would do the trick, but no good.

 

Any help will be appreciated. Prior to this issue, the printer worked well.
