HP Officejet 4300 series printer

Good day,

I have an HP Officejet 4300 series printer with Nos CN68AG21VW & Q8080 but the additional software that was accompanying the device is for windows XP. I have Windows 7 Professional. Where can I find the additional software for this device for Windows 7 professional ?

Hi, you will need to use the Windows 7 drivers for your 4300.

Just use Devices and Printers to add the 4300 to your Windows 7 computer.

Run the Windows Update to update all the printer drivers.

Thanks mate but I have already installed the drivers. What I need is the additional software for this printer that gives you more possibilities when printing photos. I think it is called HP solution or something like that. I had it from the cd accompanying the device when bough and had it in my previous computer which had windows XP. Now with the windows 7 the same cd does not work (it is not allowed to be installed).

Costas, that program is not available for Windows 7.

Try using Windows Live Photo Gallery or Picasa 3 from Google.
