HP Officejet H470 Firmware

Hi,

 

I am a techie working on PictBridge , 

I am using HP Officejet H470 printer  with firmware version as mentioned below

 

Model name: Officejet H470

Firmware version: AMR1FN0736BR

 

I am facing some problem in my DSC (it crashes ) and I suspect that there is some problem at the Printer's(Servers) end in implementation of PictBridge

I want to know if any updates in firmware are released after the version that I am using or is there any way I can check F/W version releases notes ?

To check the firmware  version:

Open Toolbox

Go to Information tab

Click Hardware Information

There is a firmware version there

I work for hp but my statement above is my own, not of hp
