Do you have either the J4660 or the J4680 or both? My recommendation is uninstall any software or drivers that you have on your computer for old/unused printers as well as any software loaded for the printer you are trying to use. This would include removing/uninstalling the printer from Programs and Features, Device Manager, and Devices and Printers.

Try installign the software from one of those downloads depending on which model you have and let me know if you still have issues!
