Everything worked OK for a couple of months until the black began printing grey. If the type is colored it is fine, but if it is black the copy is VERY light. Colored printing works but sometimes has the white stripes across the print.

 

I have used two new CB316W cartridges and it still prints grey. Any suggestions?
