I am new to this so, please bear with me. My employer had Microsoft Office 2010 installed but the Excel program crashes every time we use it. After talking to Microsoft Tech Support they said there is an issue between the new software and the HP printer and that I need to uninstall the printer drivers and download and install printer drivers so the program works. Where and how do I find the printer drivers I need to uninstall and the new ones that need to be installed?

Well - I think it is Windows Vista (just installed Microsoft Office 10 which is when the problem started). I know Office 10 is 64 bit. I do not know how to figure out if Vista is 32 or 64.

Hi,
Go to the control panel and look under system. About half way down the window is the description 'System Type' . This will tell you whether you have a 32 or 64 bit operating system installed.

Hi,
You can download and install the printer software from the below link: For this mode the 32 bit and 64 bit Operating System have the same driver. Before installing the software uninstall the software completely.
Click on " Download " and it will prompt a message box with options to Run, Save and Cancel.
Click on " Save " and save it on to computer desktop for easy access.Choose the save location as dekstop.
Once the download is completed it prompts a Message box with options to Run and Don't Run.
Click on " Run " to start installation follow the onscreen installation instructions and connect the USB cable when installation prompts to connect.
Say "Thanks" by clicking the Kudos Star in the post that helped you.
