HP Photosmart C8180 All-In-One ink system Failure 0C error message

 I keep getting a ink system error failure all in one wireless printer. I am using Window Vista. I then turn off the printer and remove the cartridges as indicated, re insert the cartridges,  then turn the printer on. After printing one document the same error message comes back again.  What can I do?

error message is c19a0005, have new cartridges and says ink system failure., using XP and Win 7.

I  keep getting the above message after  I print one document on the c8180 all in one.  I am using windows Vista.  I then turn the printer off as the solution suggests and a message is displayed that the printer was not shut down properly, which the printer  is being shut down properly by the on/ off button.  

I then turn the printer  on it resets and works for 1 printout  and the error  message is again displayed "ink system failure Oxc19a0035"  Help.

fixed. removed and replaced all cartridges again. solved

All good cartridges.Will not print, has error message.Hopeless machine.Help.
