HP Software Customer Participation Program

What is HP Customer Participation Program 9.0?  Do I need it to use my HP C7280 All-in-one printer?  Can I uninstall it?  I am trying to clear out seldom or never used programs.

Hi,

 

Yes, you can uninstall this application in the usual way from Control Panel - Programs and Features - be aware that you may well receive a warning that uninstalling this could cause problems but I have never known it to do so.

Okay, I have answered the questions in the participation survey twice now and submitted it but the window keeps popping up over and over again...how do I make it stop?
