Hey Susisur,
You mentioned that you are able to print and make copies but solution center is unable to find the printer.
When printing a project are you able to see what printer is shown from the available list of devices within the software you are using? (MS word, MS Paint, etc)

Re: C5280 and HP Solution Center doesn't find the printer.
You may want to try a reinstallation of the HP Solution software itself, rather than just the drivers of the printer.

Select the operating system you are using and the software should be labeled as 'full feature software' within the downloads section.
