Hi,
I am trying to find the correct HP Solution Center for the Photomsmart C4780. Also, does it matter if I select the 32 or 64 bit OS.
Thanks,
Paul

Hello paulgrew!
Click this link:
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategor
This leads to the operating system drop down for our software/drivers page related to your printer:
It is imperative that you select the operating system version that you are utillizing on your computer. If you are using a 32bit version of Windows 7, select x32. If it is 64bit, select x64. These drivers and most programs are designed to perform on a specific platform architecture and may, or will, not work correctly.
The terms 32-bit and 64-bit refer to the way a computer's processor (also called a CPU), handles information. The 64-bit version of Windows handles large amounts of random access memory (RAM) more effectively than the 32-bit version
- Click the Start button
, right-click Computer, and then click Properties. If "64-bit Operating System" is listed next to System type, you’re running the 64-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7.
If "32-bit Operating System" is listed next to System type, you’re running the 32-bit version of Windows Vista or Windows 7.
The edition of Windows Vista or Windows 7 you're running is displayed under Windows edition near the top of the window.
The driver you are looking for when you select your OS is the full feature photosmart software & driver. Click the latest version and follow the instructions for downloading and installing the software.
If my post helped you in any way, please click the blue KUDOS star under my name! It would mean a great deal.
