HP Solution Center for Win7 has lost the ability to reorder scanned pages

I have had my Solution Center software auto-upgraded to the latest version thus supporting Windows 7 which I am running.

 

However one feature that I really liked, the ability to reorder scanned in pages before saving the document, has disappeared. Why has this very useful feature been removed?

What about downloading and installing the old version that allows you to reorder the pages? I would like to know which version has this option.
