HP is the last brand I prefer to buy after 3 experiences and support is a nighmare!

3 times I bough HP products, my laptop which was quite expensive was broken down with the mother board problem even it was 1 year home used. My first printer was crazy and thrown in garbage and now the latest HP deskjet F4180 is totally **bleep**!

 

It does not work with Vista 32 bit in German. Although I installed the new driver, HP solution center does not open and gives "We could not detect a HP product and will shut down".

 

I requested support from this forum but could not get a reply, what is this? Why dont HP help us solving driver problems?

 

Are you only responsible from selling your products? Is our mistake to purchasing HP printer? I m afraid I will never buy any of your HP product again despite I need a professional office printer urgently. Maybe Xerox or Samsung laser printer but definetly not HP.

DexterM I don't blame you, I think you are doing a service trying to help others, You can't help it because HP's tech (phone) support people can't speak english and you can barely hear them, believe me I don't give up easly at something I have OCD, and I have spent days trying to get the j6450 to send a fax from the computer to the printer ,only thing I can get it to do is print wirelessly.I'm not a pro at computers but I'm not a beginner at them either.

I had another printer 1300 series and it still hangs my computer up if I start the printer first
