Only thing what is same on this computers is operating system with language pack.
Btw i dont have problems with 32-bit systems, just 64-bit ones, and yes they run almost same applications. On computer what reinstall OS from 32 to 64 bit(formated disk), installation dont work.
I tryed to turn off process on start up with msconfig, didt help.
I think problem is in this file ProductInst.exe what is part of installation.
I tryed to manual install printer on add printer and got error like manage program cant be installed(error 0x0000002)
I found post about same problem 3 years old, but no solution. ..

Hello mac9066
I don't see much commonality between your computers so I don't think it is hardware related. Going off the 0x0000002 error you get when you tried to add the printer manually, I was able to find many people experiencing that same error with different printers of various venders. I have found some people had luck with restarting the printer spooler.
Error 0x00000002 when adding network printer
Win7 Printer Problems 0x0000007b and 0x00000002
If the issue is related to the Print Spooler service it could explain the problems with installing both manually and with the installer. ProductInst.exe should not be involved when adding the printer manually, so I think the problem lies elsewhere.
When a solution is found please mark the post that solves your issue.

I solved my problem.
hp_LJM1319_Full_Solution-v5.0.exe .
Manually add driver from unpacked file above, what is installation for 32- bit OS. And shared printer and drivers thru network, and printer now is working on every computer.
Driver for 64-bit OS ljM1319-hb-pnp-win64-en.exe is 1 year older then then driver for 32-bit one(you can check relased date on HP site), so maybe HP fixed something on driver for 32-bit os. I still think HP driver for 64-bit is problem and hp should solve it, because you cant add scanner and fax, just printer. And this is still multifucional device,so everything should work what you payed.![]()

Glad to hear you got the driver installed and thanks for sharing how you did it. You should mark your post as the solution that way others can see how you solved the problem easier.

Solve adding scanner.
After you added printer (what i wrote above), you restart computer. In devices and printers you see yellow triangle at printer. You right click on properties and in hardware part you see 3 drivers with yellow triangles, select one of them and then click properties, then inside new window driver click on update driver, and to search on driver on your computer, select folder where you unpacked hp_LJM1319_Full_Solution-v5.0.exe and from that folder computer use driver. Repeat on other to marked with yellow triangle and everthing works -scanner and fax.
Thanks for advices.
Bye Travis

It took me about one day to find out, what the problem with this driver setup
really is. The exact same error also comes for the HP M1120n Printer driver installer
(which uses the same setup-software as the one for your printer driver).
Thus, I'm rather sure the problem with the setup seems to be more generic and
also applies for this printer driver.
Briefly: This crash during the setup happens if you install a driver with this type of
setup that is made for another language than the language of your
Windows 7. For instance the error appears, if you try to install the English version
of the printer driver on a German Windows 7.
Details and solution
After you downloaded the printer driver installer from the HP homepage
and run the .exe-file, it is extracted to a path similar to:
C:\Users\Administrator\appdata\local\temp\7zS7F41
(replace "Administrator" with the username you are logged in on
your Windows)
The directory structure within the driver's extracted folder
(in my example, the generated subdirectory name is called "7zS7F41"),
looks like the following tree (for simplicity, only directories are shown here,
not the files contained in them):
7zS7F41
├───English
└───x64
├───English
└───vcredist
├───RTM
└───SP1
As you see, there are two subdirectories called "English". The toplevel "English"-
subdirectory contains a "license.txt". This directory is not important. BUT: there is a
second directory called "English" directly under the "x64" directory.
If you rename (or copy) this second "English" directory into "German"
(or whatever the language name of your non-english-windows7 is), and execute
the "Setup.exe" which is directly in the toplevel "7sS7F41" directory, the HP
driver installer instantly works like a charm.
------------
I found this out with the help of these log files in the windows directory,
(C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.app.log, C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log)
where an error was reported like
"Cannot copy file xxx from 7zS7F41\x64\German\ to C:\windows\... file not found".
Conclusion:
Don't install a foreign language (e.g. english) driver on a localized (i.e. non-english)
Windows 7.
Install the driver made for the language of your Windows or use the "hack"
I've provided.
From my point of view, the HP installer behaviour with localization
is more a bug than a feature. it makes things complicated in multi-language
environments.
