All other printer functions work. However, after I scan a document and view it on the screen, I click FINISH to create it, but nothing happens. I briefly see the icon that tells me it is saving the scan to My Scans file - but in fact it does not. Normally with XP or Vista, the completed scan should appear on the screen so it can be "saved as..." With Windows 7 I get nothing. Is there a patch in the making?
