HO Officejet 6500 710, using Window 7 64 bit,
Earlier today the error message said printhead damaged or cartridges missing. Since there are new cartridges in it, I can rule out that. But now the error message says ink system failure. Is there something I can do to fix that or do I have to buy a new printer?
Thanks for any help that can be offered.
