I have this problem as well with my Photosmart c390A printer.  Finally have resolved all other problems (HP Solution Center not scanning at all) but still lose the files when I scan from Solution Center (the topic of this thread). 

 

I am unable to login to your ftp site..would you be able to email me the file or how to log in?  [Personal Information Removed]

 

I am using WINDOWS 7 64 Bit, have downloaded and used the CUE 14 version of HP Solution Center.  I am able to scan from Adobe Professional 9 and locate the files.

Is this site still active?   I'd like to get the DLL fix, but the link requires a username and password.  I can't get past this screen even by logging on anonymously.   Can you help please!

Apparently the ftp link was temporary and is not longer accessible.  It's easier and better to use this patch instead:

I already have this patch.  When I use it it tells me,

 

"This update does not support any of the HP device drivers that you have on your PC.  You do not need this software update."

 

I'm running W7 on a 64bit machine.  I have a HP Office Jet 7410 All-in-One.

 

I'd sure appreciate a fix.

I clicked the previous FTP link also for a Windows 7 32-Bit system and couldn't even logon anonymously.  I've downloaded the latest link and have the same problem.  How do I navigate to that previous filename "hpqxmlul.dll" so I can save it to C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin??  I have 3 HP printers (7410, L7650, C410a-New) where I am unable to save the scans to my Windows 7 32-Bit operating system.  I have uninstalled and installed the full software.  The printers print wirelessly on a network and the router has been re-booted.

I'm having the same issue, I receive the message: "This update does not support any of the HP device drivers that you have on your PC.  You do not need this software update."

 

I have an Officejet Pro L7580 connected to the home network running on Vista-32.

I am having the same issue with an Officejet L7590 since a recent automatic software update from HP.  Software has been compeltely removed and reinstalled multiple times.  There is no "bin" folder, I am running 64 bit Visa.  I have called into tech support several times and they have been unwilling/unable to help.  This printer works fine on another laptop with the old Solution Centre softward (same operating system).  And also works fine on another

Result: Error 530 Login Incorrect

 

I am logged in to the HP website, but still cannot download this dll file.

 

The bottom line is this: With all these problems, wouldn't it be simpler for HP to just provide a new software version with all the various fixes built in?
