How to remove and reinstall photosmart premium c309 from windows 7.

Last May I removed and reinstalled photosmart premium drivers on my windown 7 32bit pc. Yesterday i got a scanner error messge "Try starting scan from computer" I tried HP  Solutiton Center and my pc was offline. Why am I having this problem?

Download and run the HP Print & Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix common print and scan issues.
