Hp Solution Center won't open with my c309g printer. Error: cannot open. installtion is not complete

I have a laptop with Windows 7 (64) bit and I have been having alot of problems with my HP photosmart printer working with my laptop. I works one time and then I use it another time and then it keeps saying that the printer is offline. I installed the printer through my wireless network. It is not plugged in to my computer. Then I think I finally got that fixed but now I downloaded the HP Solution Center software and now that won't work. I keeps saying it cannot open because installtion is not complete. I cannot scan anything from my printer to my laptop without the solution center. Your Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!! Thanks  Amanda

I am having the same problems with the HP Solution Center as regards to my Photosmart c4795. It actually worked fine form 2 months straight and then suddenly started giving problems.
