Hp office jet 8500pro a plus is not working with windows 8 and not printing document file

Hi I have Hp 8500pro a plus and windows 8 in system. Printer does not support windows, but I can see it in my printer list and I can not print document from USB media, printer only asks for .jpg files. Please give me a solution for this, apart from unistalling windows 8. Thanks.

HI,

 

As WIndows 8 is stll in a Beta stage there are now official drivers yet. You could try the windows 7 drivers to get the printer working but i cannot promise good results.Its worth a try though.
