I cannot get my Photosmart 3210 to print even though it has paper, tells me to load paper.

In the past I used the paper feed cleaning kit, but the disc will not work with my iMac.  My operating system is Mac OS X

Version 10.6.8

 

Do I need to install new software or drivers?  Which ones?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
