I have an HP 8150N and am trying to print from MS Office 2007 on a Windows 7 computer - help

Have downloaded all the Windows 7 drivers and installed and tried each one and they'll print a tes page, but won't work with MS Office 2007 or Excel 2007.

 

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Beside a test page, can you print from any other Non MS Office application? (e.g Wordpad, Notepad, etc.)

 

If you are able to print from another software, I suspent the problem might be related within Microsoft Office.

Please try updating Microsoft Office and then check for any change:
