I installed Norton 360 and now the priner wont work. I have an HP photosmartC309 all in one

not sure why this happened i seemed to lose alot after installing the norton 360

Hey Shelly,

 

If you disable Norton does the functionality return to your printer? Also how is the printer connected, wirelessly or wired?
