I installed the software for a Officejet 6500 on a Windows 7 machine no Document Manager

Work PC I have a HP document manager , etc on it (same disk loaded) but on my new personal PC I do not see it loaded

Hi lfl,

 

Unfortunately, the HP Document Manager software is not compatible with Windows 7. To scan and fax you need to use the Windows 7 built in software and/or the printer's control panel itself.
