That seems to be just the drivers which were updated when I plugged in the printer. I don't seem to see the actual Photo Imaging Software program.

I think that's the problem. I have Win 7 and HP probably didn't upgrade. Do you think that is it?

I affraid that only a In-OS basic software solution provided for Windows 7, as you may find listed below:
