 Just wanted to give people a heads up on the HP Support & Drivers page, which is accessible from the HP homeage under Support & Drivers.

 

You can access the website here:

From the support and drivers site, you can go directly into a search for drivers available for your operating system as well as printing software or user reference material.

You can also look into product support and troubleshooting tips by clicking on the neighboring tab.

This site is extremely useful for product information, required files, and basic to advanced troubleshooting.

When entering your printer model however, I would suggest using the precise name and model number to make sure you are looking at the product that you currently are utilizing.

If you still can not find a resolution and wish to request assistance through creating a thread, I would suggest visiting GarenT's page on Advice for asking the "Very Best Question", located here:
